Dorset Coast Forum have been made aware that there will be a new national grant funding scheme for the seafood sector, administered by the MMO, launched in early 2021. We still don’t know if this will include Fisheries Local Action Groups (FLAG) or similar funding programmes, but want to be in a position to move quickly with a FLAG 2 strategy, if the opportunity arises.
Due to the ongoing Covid pandemic we are unable to hold a workshop in the normal way and not everyone can access zoom meetings, therefore we are using this online survey. To help us develop a strategy that builds upon the great work of FLAG 1, please answer the following questions.
We will then collate the results of the survey to create a draft FLAG 2 strategy to circulate for comments.
